When the semi-final between Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev was suspended, the rain delay wasn’t really what people kept talking about. Instead, it was what happened to the World No. 1 during the match that quickly became the bigger story.

Sinner not only dropped a set to the Russian, but also appeared to deal with a concerning health issue that left many watching worried, especially with Roland Garros now just around the corner.
