Stories Worth Telling Again!


Andy Murray was officially knighted in 2019, becoming Sir Andy Murray in recognition of his contributions to tennis and charity.
The honour had originally been announced in the 2016 New Year Honours, following a remarkable season in which the Brit won his second Wimbledon Championships title, claimed a second Olympic gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and reached World No. 1.
He formally received the knighthood from King Charles III at Buckingham Palace on May 16, 2019.
