Carlos Alcaraz delivered another statement performance on Saturday at the ATP 500 event, sweeping past resurgent Frenchman Arthur Fils 6-2, 6-1 in just 50 minutes to secure the trophy.
On February 22, 2007, the All England Club announced that the Wimbledon Championships would offer equal prize money to both men and women.
