Jakub Mensik prevented Jannik Sinner from reaching another final as he knocked the world number two out of the Qatar Open quarter-finals.


On February 20, 1994, in Paris, Martina Navratilova won the 167th and last tournament of her amazing career. In the final of the Paris Indoors, the 37-year-old defeated Julie Halard 7-5, 6-3, with the support of the local crowd putting wind in her sails, even though her opponent was French. The former world No 1 had already announced that 1994 was going to be her last year on the Tour.
